Watson Finishes Fourth at SLIAC Golf Championships

The Monmouth College golf team finished ninth at the season-ending SLIAC Championships. Junior Connor Watson (Macomb, Illinois) finished in fifth place, earning All-Conference honors. The tournament resumed the suspended second round on Tuesday morning before playing the scheduled third round. Watson finished his second round with a pair of bogeys for a 2-over round of 74 that put him in a tie for second place to start the final round.
