Weeks Named MAAC Player of the Week

Junior Eric Weeks was named the Northeast Beef MAAC Baseball Player of the Week, league officials announced Tuesday. The Pittsburgh, Pa. native was locked in at the plate for Canisius this past week. In the midweek win over Le Moyne, Weeks went 3-for-6 with two home runs and a double, driving in seven and scoring three times. He carried that momentum into the weekend at Manhattan, going 6-for-13 with six RBI, a home run, and a double.
