Ford Earns SEC Women’s Runner of the Week

COLUMBIA, S.C. (April 28, 2026) – South Carolina Track & Field standout JaMeesia Ford has earned SEC Women’s Runner of the Week, as announced by the league office on Tuesday afternoon. Ford won the 100m and the 200m at the Tiger Track Classic in Auburn, Ala., as the junior opened her competition schedule with a win in the 100m, running a season best time of 11.22.
