Men’s Swimming & Diving’s Namakonov Earns CSC Academic All-America Third Team

GREENWOOD, Ind. – Delaware men’s swimming & diving’s Matvei Namakonov was named to the CSC Academic All-America Third Team, the organization announced Wednesday. The senior from Bishkek, Kyrgyzstan is the first in program history to win this award multiple times, being named to the third team in 2025 as well. Namakonov, one of the most prolific swimmers in program history and a four-time NCAA qualifier, has achieved a 3.89 GPA while majoring in physics over his four years at Delaware.
