Outdoor Track & Field Opens SUNYAC Championships, Curiel Wins 10,000-Meter Crown
The Official Athletics Site of the Buffalo State Bengals CORTLAND, NY – The Buffalo State men’s and women’s outdoor track & field team opened SUNYAC Championships today as Ricky Curiel (East Amherst, NY/Clarence) earned his first career SUNYAC Championship in the 10,000-meter run. THE BENGAL BREAKDOWN Curiel won the 10,000-meter with a time of 32:05.69 to earn his first SUNYAC title. Josh Mayer (Endicott, NY/Union-Endicott) finished sixth in the race at 33:46.53.
