Marshall Track & Field Enters Postseason on Winning Note

LEXINGTON, Ky. – Marshall Track & Field enters its postseason with the Sun Belt Conference Outdoor Championships looming following a school record-breaking and winning day at Kentucky. Freshman Trashaun Smith came away Saturday with High Jump and Triple Jump sweep. His TJ mark of 15.26m won the event while topping HJ at 2.07m. On the track, Cameron Burgess broke the school record in the 110m Hurdles. His best time of 14.25 finished 4th in the event, topping BJ Epps' record from 2000. For full results, view HERE.
