No. 3 Texas Lutheran Wins 6-1, Eagles To Play Sunday Morning

Abilene, Texas – No. 3 Texas Lutheran University used steady offense and capitalized on defensive miscues to defeat the Eagles 6-1 on Saturday afternoon in the Southern Collegiate Athletic Conference Championships. The Eagles are now set to play Centenary at 10:00 a.m. Sunday in an elimination game. Against Texas Lutheran, the Eagles struck first in the opening inning when Kendall Lynch delivered an RBI single to center, scoring Kamryn Uher for an early 1-0 lead.
