Softball ends season in PAC tournament

NEW WILMINGTON, Pa. (May 2) – The Waynesburg University softball team ended the 2026 season on Saturday during day two of the Presidents’ Athletic Conference (PAC) tournament. The Yellow Jackets fell 9-1 (5 innings) to Bethany. The Bison (30-11), who wound up going 2-0 on the day and advancing to Monday’s final day of the tournament, scored all the runs then needed with two in the bottom of the first inning.
