Yale Trio Competes at Larry Ellis Invite
NEW HAVEN, Conn. – The Yale women's track and field team had three athletes compete at Princeton's Larry Ellis Invitational Saturday. The unscored meet features teams from throughout the Northeast and Mid-Atlantic regions. Junior Victoria Guerrier won the 800m with a time of 2:10.39, edging a pair of Cornell runners – Tenley Nelson (second, 2:10.53) and Fiona Lee (third, 2:10.98). Junior Gloria Guerrier placed second in the 400m hurdles with a time of 58.77, trailing only Chidubem Okwudibonye of Delaware State (58.60).
