Baseball Drops Middle Game of Series at Delaware State
DOVER, Del. — Wagner dropped the middle game of the series, 5-1, to Delaware State on Saturday afternoon. The Hornets struck early, plating three runs in the bottom of the first inning behind four hits, highlighted by an RBI double and a two-run triple. Graduate student Lukas Torres recorded Wagner's first hit of the afternoon with a single in the sixth inning before stealing second base, but the Seahawks were unable to capitalize.
