Cashion and Kamara Compete At Memphis Tiger Invitational

MEMPHIS, Tenn. – The Webster University women’s track and field team closed out the two-day Memphis Tiger Invitational hosted by the University of Memphis on Saturday. In the Javelin Throw, first-year Sophia Cashion earned an eighth place finish with a mark of 35.54m. In the 100m dash, senior Aissata Kamara crossed the finish line with a time of 13.05 seconds. In the 200m dash, Kamara recorded a time of 26.96 seconds that placed sixth overall.
