Miechowicz Named San Diego Sports Association Star of the Month

5/5/2026 1:35:00 PM SAN DIEGO – Cal State San Marcos women's outdoor track & field freshman Nadia Miechowicz was recognized by the San Diego Sports Association as a 2026 April Star of the Month on Tuesday. Miechowicz was crowned the CCAA Champion in both the 100- and 200-meter dashes this past weekend at the 2026 CCAA Track & Field Championships at Mangrum Track & Field. She finished the 100-meter race in 11.89 seconds and later followed with a 200-meter time of 23.93 seconds.
