Women’s Tennis Places Two on Landmark All-Conference Team

TOWSON, Md. – Juniata women’s tennis standouts Medina Yessenaliyeva and Celia Navarro de Torres were named to Landmark Conference all-conference teams, that were announced Tuesday. Yessenaliyeva was named to the first team for singles for the third consecutive season, as she went 13-2 at first singles, including 7-2 in conference play. Navarro de Torres received honorable mention for singles for the second time in her career. She went 6-5 at second singles this season. The pair were a force at first doubles, going 9-2 this season, including a sparkling 7-2 mark in Landmark Conference action.
