Doubek and Basso Earn All-Patriot League Honors

EASTON, Pa. – The Lafayette baseball team earned two All-Patriot League selections on Wednesday afternoon. Junior catcher Brandon Doubek was named to the First Team and junior pitcher Owen Basso garnered Second-Team honors. Doubek was fifth in the league in batting with a .308 average. The Maplewood, N.J. native blasted a team-best nine home runs, along with having 41 hits, 34 RBIs, five doubles and scoring 41 runs.
