Manyani Takes Second in Javelin to Kick-off Akron Last Chance Invitational

Akron, OH. - The Wheeling University Men's Outdoor Track & Field team continued their Last Chance Meet schedule on Wednesday when they competed at the Akron Last Chance Meet. The Cardinals would compete in one event on the first day of action, sending their top thrower to the Javelin. It was another NCAA provisional mark for the Cardinals, as they continue to make their case for the 2026 NCAA DII Outdoor Track & Field National Championships.
