Verzyl Earns CSC Academic All-American Honors

COLUMBIA, S.C. – South Carolina senior diver Sophie Verzyl was named to the 2025–26 Academic All-America Women’s Swimming & Diving Second Team by College Sports Communicators (CSC). Verzyl, who is in the Sport and Entertainment Management graduate program, captured her first national title in the 3-meter dive at the 2026 NCAA Championships, marking the first national title in the event in program history.
