Raptors’ Brandon Ingram undergoes heel surgery, expected back for camp

With the curtains drawn on the Toronto Raptors' season, Brandon Ingram will have a full summer to recover from an off-season operation. The Raptors wing underwent surgery to address his ongoing right heel pain by removing a heel spur, the team announced Friday. Ingram is expected to fully recover and be ready for training camp in September, the team added. The operation was conducted by Dr. Martin O'Malley in New York.
