LocalSportsJournal.com MONTAGUE – Dominant pitching and outstanding hitting helped the Ludington girls softball team sweep a WMC Lakes doubleheader from Montague, 24-1 and 17-5, on the road Tuesday night. “We hit the ball well tonight,” said Orioles coach Sierra Holmes. “There were a few times when Montague got a hard hit and had some runners on base, but the girls stayed focused and got the outs.
