#8 Lady Panthers Take an 8-0 Loss to #1 Shippensburg at 2026 NCAA Division II Atlantic Region Tournament

SHIPPENSBURG, PA - The Claflin Lady Panthers (31-13) put up a great overall effort, but the team opened the 2026 NCAA Division II Atlantic Region Softball Tournament with an 8-0 loss to the top-seeded host Shippensburg Raiders (39-16), Thursday afternoon. The ended an eight-game winning streak for the Lady Panthers and marked their first shutout loss since March. The Lady Panthers had a tough day at the plate.
