Familiar face returns to lead Harrison girls basketball program

WEST LAFAYETTE — Harrison's new girls basketball coach is a familiar face. Amie Anthrop, who led the Raiders for two seasons from 2016-18, is back at the helm. Pending Tippecanoe School Corp. board approval, Anthrop takes over after Rush McColley, who was hired to succeed Anthrop in 2018, stepped down last month. Anthrop led both Fountain Central and Clinton Prairie to sectional titles during nine seasons as a head coach, where she compiled a 144-65 record.
