Billikens Blanked by Richmond Despite Cherico Gem

ST. LOUIS – Saint Louis dropped a 2-0 decision to Richmond on Friday afternoon at the Billiken Sports Center. Ben Cherico carried a no-hitter into the eighth inning and finished with eight strikeouts. Richmond scored both of its runs in the eighth, accounting for the game's only scoring. Ian Havlerson went 3 for 4 at the plate, while Joey Canzoni finished 2 for 4. UP NEXT The Billikens close out the regular season Sunday against Richmond. First pitch is set for noon.
