Red-hot Marauders sweep Frenship, advance to Regional Final

The baseball team, now winners of 11 straight games, swept Wolfforth Frenship in the regional semi-finals round of the 6A Division II playoffs at at Abilene Christian University, winning 9-8 on Thursday night and 8-6 on Friday night. The Marauders will play Dallas Jesuit (30-7-2) in a three-game series at Dallas Baptist University set to begin Thursday, May 21, at 2:30 p.m. Game 2 will be 6 p.m. Friday, May 22.
