T&F: HCU Finishes Strong at SLC’s with Four Podium Finishes

Nacogdoches, TX – Day three of the 2026 Southland Conference Outdoor Track & Field Championships took place on May 16, and HCU capitalized to take home four podium finishes. After qualifying for finals in the men's 100m hurdles, SJ Marais took home gold in the finals, crossing the line at 13.78, breaking the school record he previously set on day two while also earning a new PR.
