USC adds pledge from in-state 4-star safety over Notre Dame, UCLA

USC football added a commitment from Class of 2027 safety Gavin Williams on Sunday, beating out the likes of Notre Dame, UCLA and Washington for his pledge. Williams hails from Damien high school in La Verne, California and stands at 6-foot-1, 190 pounds. He’s the 10th player out of the Golden State to commit to USC and is considered the 7th ranked prospect in USC’s Class of 2027 thus far according to 247Sports.
