Quatrani Named Buster Posey Collegiate Catcher of the Year Semifinalist

WICHITA, Kan. – Notre Dame catcher Mark Quatrani was named as a semifinalist for the 2026 Buster Posey Collegiate Catcher of the Year. Quatrani is one of 16 catchers named to the 2026 semifinalist list for the nation’s best catcher award by the Wichita Sports Commission. Through the conclusion of the regular season, Quatrani posted a .373 batting average with 76 hits, 64 RBI, 51 runs and 24 walks.
