#3 Redhawks Down #6 Lindenwood in Tournament Opener
MARION, Ill. — Southeast Missouri Baseball (39-16) secured a narrow 2–1 victory over Lindenwood (30-27) at Mtn. Dew Park on Wednesday. Southeast Missouri's winning runs came in the eighth inning, highlighted by two home runs, while their pitching staff held Lindenwood to just one run on seven hits. SEMO broke a scoreless tie in the bottom of the eighth inning. Brooks Kettering launched a solo home run to deep right field, his fifth of the season.
