Four from Men’s Tennis Receive NEWMAC Academic All-Conference Honors

MARLBOROUGH, Mass.— Four members of the Babson College men’s tennis program were recognized for their success in the classroom when the New England Women’s and Men’s Athletic Conference (NEWMAC) announced its Academic All-Conference teams on Friday. Senior Martin Mejia (Cali, Colombia) was named to the All-Academic squad for the third consecutive season, classmate Alexander Merson (Palisades Park, N.J.) and junior Mattias Harrell (Oslo, Norway) earned their second NEWMAC Academic All-Conference accolade, and sophomore Edward Wang (Burr Ridge, Ill.) was honored for the first time in his career.
