Three Cougars Named to ABCA/Rawlings All-Region Team

Three members of the Misericordia University baseball team have been named to the ABCA/Rawlings All-Region IV Team.Zak Lussier and Gavin Dillard were second-team selections while Shane Patten earned third-team honors. Lussier was named as a relief pitcher while Dillard was selected at designated hitter. Patten was recognized at first base. Lussier led the league with seven saves. He had 26 strikeouts while holding opponents to a .213 batting average in 24 appearances. He had a 2.58 earned run average in 38.1 innings of work.
