Three Seahawks Earn CSC Academic All-District Honors for Softball

GREENWOOD, Ind. — Three players on the Wagner softball team earned spots on the College Sports Communicators Academic All-District Team, the organization announced on Tuesday. The CSC Academic All-District teams recognize the best student-athletes in NCAA divisions I-III, and the NAIA. Nominees must have participated in 75% of all games played, while maintaining a 3.5 GPA. This season, the three selections are sophomore designated player Alayna Giampolo , senior first baseman Geanice Morales , and junior third baseman Sydnie Trujillo .
