Notre Dame basketball adds two transfers to 2026-27 roster

The Irish bring in Braeden Smith, a veteran graduate transfer point guard who spent last year at Gonzaga. Smith brings steady leadership and smart decision-making, with a 3.34 assist-to-turnover ratio that ranked 12th in the country.
