Forney Softball Reaches State Title Game With 7-5 Win Over Denton Guyer

Forney's Lady Rabbits punched their ticket to the state title game with a 7-5 victory over Denton Guyer in Game 2 of their series. A seven-run fourth inning — capped by a bases-clearing sequence that included a wild throw home — gave Forney the cushion they needed. Avery Pitts sealed the win with a strikeout out of a bases-loaded jam in the seventh.
