Four Crusaders Earn ABCA All-Region Honors

GREENSBORO, N.C. — The Belmont Abbey baseball team continued to add more postseason accolades as four Crusaders were named to the All-Southeast Region team Wednesday by the American Baseball Coaches Association (ABCA). Outfielders Joe Whitaker and Caleb Burr along with pitcher Drew Stegura all earned first-team honors while Spencer Cipro was named to the second team. The four Crusaders have made their third regional team after being named to both the NCBWA and D2CCA All-Region teams earlier this month.
