Steurer Named ABCA/Rawlings Division II Midwest All-Region First Team

KIRKSVILLE, Mo. — Truman State freshman second baseman Nick Steurer has been named to the 2026 ABCA/Rawlings NCAA Division II Midwest All-Region First Team, the American Baseball Coaches Association announced Wednesday. Steurer earned the honor at second base, adding another major postseason accolade to an already decorated freshman campaign. Steurer hit .427 across 44 games with 70 hits, 20 doubles, four triples, four home runs, and 32 RBI. He also swiped 27 bases on 31 attempts and started all 44 games for the Bulldogs.
