Turban Finishes 30th in Javelin at NCAA First Round

FAYETTEVILLE, Ark. – Lilian Turban kicked off action for the Hawai'i track and field team at the NCAA West First Round by placing 30th in the javelin Thursday at John McDonnell Field. The senior put up a mark of 46.09m (151-2) on her third and final attempt of the day, cracking the top 30 after coming into the meet ranked 46th in the West Region.
