Women’s Track & Field Places Nine on NEWMAC Academic All-Conference Team
MARLBOROUGH, Mass.— Nine Babson College women’s track & field student-athletes were recognized for their success in the classroom when the New England Women’s and Men’s Athletic Conference (NEWMAC) announced its Academic All-Conference squad on Friday. Juniors Colleen Corman (Quaker Hill, Conn.), Taijah Harvey (Concord, Mass.) and Maddie Stoltz (Somers, Conn.) received Academic All-Conference recognition for the second consecutive season while senior Alexandra Kirkpatrick (Middleborough, Mass.), junior Ariana Van Ormer (Aliquippa, Pa.), and sophomores Sophia Draxler (Chester, N.J.), Kate Henderson (Basking Ridge, N.J.), Brigid Kelly (Sandwich, Mass.) and Serena Thaker (South Windsor, Conn.) were honored for the first time.
