Lady Hornets earn 17-4A all-district honors

The Hudson Lady Hornets softball team, which finished second in District 17-4A, had three players earn superlatives in all-district selections and four named to the first team. Earning superlatives were junior Langston Arrington, who was named the district’s co-pitcher of the year, freshman Avery Hutto, the co-defensive player of the year, and freshman Tink Gilder, the co-newcomer of the year. First-team choices were sophomores Hadley Trotti and Kaisyn Schmidt and freshmen Korlee Tobias and Chloe Robinson.
