Maryland Women’s Tennis Signs Freshman Anastasiia Sorska For 2026-2027 Season

COLLEGE PARK, MD -- Maryland Women's Tennis has signed Freshman Anastasiia Sorska for the 2026-2027 season. The 18-year-old, from Kharkiv, Ukraine, went to Kharkiv Liceum, No 89. of Kharkiv City School, and trained in the UK at the Delgado and Lee Tennis Academy. Sorska has an ITF juniors career-high ranking of #194, winning three singles and two doubles titles, and currently has a UTR ranking of 9.94. Sorska will make her collegiate debut in the fall 2026 season for Maryland.
