Baseball’s Holbrook Named ECAC Coach of the Year

PROVIDENCE, R.I. – Brown Head Coaching Chair in Baseball Frank Holbrook has earned his second major award of the postseason, being named the ECAC Coach of the Year, the organization announced on Tuesday. Holbrook and his staff were previously recognized as the Ivy League Coaching Staff of the Year back on May 14. In his first season as Brown's skipper, Holbrook and his coaching staff played an instrumental role in the Bears' turnaround this season, which culminated with an appearance in the finals of the Ivy League Tournament.
