Nate Deer Commits to Join Men’s Basketball Roster

Canisius head men's basketball coach Jim Christian announced today that Nate Deer has committed to join the Golden Griffins' roster for the 2026-27 season. Deer joins the Canisius program after spending the 2025-26 season at Oakland University. A 6-foot-10, 240-pound forward, he will have one season of eligibility remaining, starting next year.
