Three EKU Baseball Players Earn Academic Recognition

RICHMOND, Ky. – Jack Briese , Gavin Faulkner and Griffin Howell were selected to the 2026 Academic All-District® Baseball Team by College Sports Communicators (CSC). The Academic All-District® Teams recognize the nation's top student-athletes for their combined performances on the court and in the classroom. Briese, a redshirt senior, finished two undergraduate degrees in business and Spanish with a 3.61 GPA. He also has a 4.00 GPA while pursuing a master's in business administration.
