Chicago Bears QB Caleb Williams named Madden NFL 27 cover athlete

SOUTH BEND, Ind. (WNDU) - EA Sports has announced Chicago Bears quarterback Caleb Williams will be the cover athlete for Madden NFL 27. Williams is the first player in Chicago Bears history to earn the main English-language Madden cover. According to NBC Chicago, he is not the first Bears player to grace a Madden cover of any kind. That honor belongs to former Bears offensive lineman Roberto Garza, who was on the Spanish language-version of the game in 2009.
