Rader Receives NWSL Rookie of the Month Accolades

DURHAM, N.C. — Recent Duke women's soccer graduate Kat Rader continues to make her mark in the National Women's Soccer League (NWSL) as she was named the NWSL Rookie of the Month, presented by Ally, for the month of May. A 2025 Duke graduate, Rader helped the Houston Dash secure four points following a two-match homestand against Angel City FC and San Diego Wave FC. Rader scored in back-to-back games during the homestand, including the go-ahead goal against San Diego May 20 and the opening goal against Angel City May 23.
