Former La Salle Head Coach Paul Westhead Earns NBA’s Chuck Daly Lifetime Achievement Award

San Antonio, TX – Former La Salle head men's basketball coach Paul Westhead was honored with the Chuck Daly Lifetime Achievement Award as part of the NBA Finals on Friday. Westhead is the 21st honoree of the Daly award. Westhead coached La Salle men's basketball from 1970-79. During his nine years at the helm, the Philadelphia native amassed a record of 142-105 while also serving as a professor in the English department.
