Andover’s Tuohy, Central relay earn Mass. Meet of Champions titles
Andover's Millie Tuohy won the high jump (5-6) and Central Catholic's dominant 4x400 relay took home its own title to lead the local field at Massachusetts Meet of Champions on Saturday.
