Larsen named state tourney MVP, Bulldogs, Huntington’s Terrazas make all-tournament squads

Centerville’s Kolt Larsen, who pitched a complete game in the Bulldogs’ 2-0 win over Gordon in the state championship game Saturday at Dell Diamond in Round Rock, was named Class A tournament MVP from the teams that advanced to the semifinal round. Centerville players making the all-tournament team were catcher Drew Larsen, second baseman Chris Fry, who singled in both of the Bulldogs’ runs in the title game, third baseman Wyatt Clede and shortstop Hardy Brown.
