After originally selecting Nebraska before reopening his recruitment, the four-star prospect has committed to Arkansas. Watkins became a standout in his sophomore season, catching 39 passes for 692 yards and five touchdowns. Last season, he took it to another level, posting 55 catches for 847 yards and 11 touchdowns.
