R.C. Slocum to Receive 2026 Lamar Hunt Lifetime Achievement Award

WACO – Former Texas A&M head football coach R.C. Slocum will receive the Lamar Hunt Lifetime Achievement Award from the Texas Sports Hall of Fame, as announced by the organization Tuesday. Slocum, a 2005 inductee to the Texas Sports Hall of Fame, will become the eighth recipient of the prestigious honor.
