Calbert Earns Sun Belt Postgraduate Scholarship

NEW ORLEANS, La. – Makenna Calbert, a four-year member of Troy's cross country and track & field programs, was named one of eight recipients of a Sun Belt Postgraduate Scholarship, the conference announced Wednesday. Calbert graduated this spring with a degree in nutrition and plans to attend UAB to earn her master's degree in dietitian education. The Woodstock, Ga., native was a key contributor for Troy's cross country team in the fall, finishing as the Trojans' top runner in all five meets and placing fourth at the Azalea City Classic.
