Royals’ Seth Lugo exits vs. Rangers after taking line drive off head

Kansas City Royals right-hander Seth Lugo was forced to exit Wednesday's game against the Texas Rangers after a scary moment in the fourth inning. Lugo was hit on the head by a 106.6 m.p.h. line drive by Rangers outfielder Brandon Nimmo. The 36-year-old was immediately sent to the ground on the play, but stood up under his own power before team training staff could reach the mound.
