Baseball players spread out to begin summer ball
VESTAL, N.Y. - After competing at the NCAA Morgantown Regional in West Virginia in late May, nearly two dozen Binghamton baseball players now are scattered up and down the East Coast playing summer ball. The two-time reigning America East champion Bearcats are spread out among 13 teams competing in eight summer leagues. Despite having to replace two-thirds of his '25 championship starting lineup, including four first-team all-conference selections, 34th-year head coach Tim Sinicki took a young 2026 team and accomplished the coveted America East "double," winning both the regular season and tournament titles.
